Hello to everyone who is reading my review! I just want to say I have rented from quite a few storage facilities in the 30 yrs I have lived in Warner Robins. FreeUp Storage is the first place who believes is customer service first. Everyone I came in contact with from the start of renting a unit to forgetting making one of my payments on time. Everyone have been calm, professional, informative and helpful. One person in particular I would like to mention is Dean. He is the reason I am writing this review. As I was sick with covid I missed a payment and was locked out of my units. He spoke to me with no judgment or authority. He helped me to get back into my units so my husband could get what he needed for work. Dean helped me to remove more then $100 of late payments which now a days is like $1000 to a family trying to make a living. Thank you Dean for trusting and believing in me to do right by you all. God bless you all and I pray for success and wealth 🙏“

Decided last minute to get a storage unit and was not looking forward to the process because it was after hours. The online process was simple, the team followed up the next morning, and Dean went out of his way to help out as I was making trips back and forth to move items. Dean was a life saver when my husband and I drove to Georgia to get our items out of storage! It was a rainy Saturday and we called on the way there worried we wouldnt make it in time.
