Hello to everyone who is reading my review! I just want to say I have rented from quite a few storage facilities in the 30 yrs I have lived in Warner Robins. FreeUp Storage is the first place who believes is customer service first. Everyone I came in contact with from the start of renting a unit to forgetting making one of my payments on time. Everyone have been calm, professional, informative and helpful. One person in particular I would like to mention is Dean. He is the reason I am writing this review. As I was sick with covid I missed a payment and was locked out of my units. He spoke to me with no judgment or authority. He helped me to get back into my units so my husband could get what he needed for work. Dean helped me to remove more then $100 of late payments which now a days is like $1000 to a family trying to make a living. Thank you Dean for trusting and believing in me to do right by you all.
