Pam @ FreeUp Storage located @ 350 FM 2578 75160 is always professional, patient, and kind. The property is always clean, my husband has had an outside unit there for over a year, and never once had any problems with insects or pest of any kind. She is so kind, and the property is always kept so clean that I am moving I am relocating my items from another location in Terrell to this one, because of such great customer service. If it was possible to rate above 5 stars, I most definately would!!!

We recently had to get new unit, and have had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know the newest Mgr Teresa, and I miss Pam she was always a pleasure. I can gratefully say that when I met Teresa, I was amazed to see that FreeUp had found someone equally as professional, kind, and knowledgeable to deal with as her predecessor. The property is always clean, they always have such great deals and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
