This is my first time renting a storage unit. The Climate control unit was clean and provided rodent repellents, that I recommend spreading after you move in your items. The associates are super friendly. I would highly recommend this storage unit. It’s convenient, clean, and the best customer service I have ever encountered. Candice will assist you with any need, want or question you may have. She went the extra mile just to make sure everything was good with my rental unit whenever I saw her. I have rented from Feb 2024 to Feb 2025. Nothing but good vibes!! If I ever need a storage I would definitely come back. . The cost is a bit high but I understand for quality.“

Free Up Storage has been amazing for us. The staff is very polite and professional. We enjoy the convenience of 24 hour access and the climate controlled storage. The drive through also allows loading and unloading in the comfort of the climate controlled facility regardless of the weather outside. I highly recommend using this storage unit!
