The ladies at Free Up storage in Phenix City were very helpful and friendly. Rebecca walked me through my storage options and then literally walked me through the facility to my unit. We had a conversation about policies and expectations and then she gave me some great ideas about utilization and efficiency. This place is conveniently located and has drive-through access. I have tried some other places but their availability and amenities just did not meet my needs and I can't be stuck on a waiting list when I need storage!“

This is my first time renting a storage unit. The Climate control unit was clean and provided rodent repellents, that I recommend spreading after you move in your items. The associates are super friendly. I would highly recommend this storage unit. It’s convenient, clean, and the best customer service I have ever encountered. Candice will assist you with any need, want or question you may have. She went the extra mile just to make sure everything was good with my rental unit whenever I saw her. I have rented from Feb 2024 to Feb 2025. Nothing but good vibes!! If I ever need a storage I would definitely come back. . The cost is a bit high but I understand for quality.
